Star Wars Clone Wars: better than the films?

For anyone that has not already seen them, Genndy Tartatovsky’s (Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack, The Powerpuff Girls) brilliant addition to the Star Wars universe must be seen! Spanning the period between Episodes II and III, it began with 20 x 5 minute episodes, before expanding to a second series of 10 x 15 minute episodes. And it is absolutely brilliant. Think of all the fun missing from the Episodes I and II, dispense with all the superfluous filler in Episodes I and II and now imagine it in slick 21st Century animation. Totally kicks ass.
